Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the research project titled “SAKSHAM – Scientific Advancements in Knowledge for Sustainability, Healthcare, and Materials,” sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) under the ANRF PAIR program (Hub - IITI–DAVV, Indore).
Post : Junior Research Fellow
The project comprises three themes: Theme 1: Advanced Materials; Theme 2 : Environmental Sustainability and Energy Technology; and Theme 3: Health and Medical Technologies. The project will be implemented at the hub institution, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, Khandwa Road, Simrol, in collaboration with the spoke institution, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (M.P.). The workplace may vary from time to time as per project requirements.
Eligibility : Post-graduation in Basic Sciences/Engineering/ Pharmacy/Technology with 60% aggregate marks for GEN and 55% aggregate marks for SC/ST/OBC- NCL/PH candidates from a UGC recognized University/ Institute / Autonomous bodies.
Desirable Qualification : CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE/GPAT qualification
Expertise : Prior experience in basic techniques applied in Advanced Material, Environmental Sustainability and Energy Technology and Health and Medical Technologies
Duration : Initial appointment upto 31 March 2026, likely to continue till the project ends
Fellowship : Rs. 37,000/- p.m. + 10% HRA (as per norms)
Age Limit : Upper age limit 32 years as on 01.01.2026 (relaxed by 5 years in case of SC / ST/ OBC/ Female and PH candidates)

2. Applicants belonging to the SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PH categories with a valid Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate will be given priority, if found suitable.
3. Selection process (Interview): Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The selected candidates will be informed about the interview schedule via email. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
