As approved in the district's ROP for the year 2025-26 under the National Health Mission, applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following vacant posts under the National Health Mission/District Health Committee, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, in the prescribed format. The Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, is requested to fill the application form. Applications received through any other means other than online application on the prescribed date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Terms and Conditions
1. At the time of applying for the above posts, applicants must possess educational qualifications, experience certificates, residence certificates, and valid registration with the relevant council from a recognized educational board/institution/university. After submitting their online application, all candidates must appear for document verification on the scheduled date as per the information published on the district website bilaspur.gov.in. In the event of non-availability, candidates will be disqualified and removed from the merit list. One set of self-attested photocopies must be attached along with the original certificates on the date of document verification.
2. The format of the online application form for the advertised posts and the general conditions and guidelines for recruitment to the said posts can be viewed and downloaded from the district website http://bilaspur.gov.in. All important information related to the advertisement will be provided from time to time through the district website. Candidates should regularly visit the district website bilaspur.gov.in. No information will be sent to the applicant personally through any other medium. Candidates will be responsible for timely review of this.
3. Applicants can apply online for more than one post as per their eligibility, but separate post-wise applications will have to be made; any claim made by the candidate after that will not be valid.
4. The minimum age limit for contract recruitment will be 18 years and the maximum age limit will be 64 years. Age will be calculated as on 1st January of the contract year.
5. All posts are purely contractual. This is subject to the Human Resources Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh. Reservation regarding contract recruitment ("All appointments and selection processes will be subject to the final order of the Honorable Supreme Court of New Delhi in SLP (C) No. 19668/2022") and other terms and conditions will be applicable as per the Human Resources Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh. The reservation rules issued by the government will be followed.
6. Contract Honorarium: A lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the contract service period; no other allowances/facilities will be payable.
7. Applications received within the stipulated time limit will be scrutinized and a priority list of candidates will be prepared, and a written or skill test will be conducted for the candidates based on the number of posts as follows.

Candidates must present the following documents in original and at the time of selection and document verification. Failure to present the original documents will automatically result in the cancellation of the selection.
• 10th Board Exam Marksheet/Birth Certificate.
• 12th Board Exam Marksheet.
• Marksheets for all semesters/years of undergraduate and postgraduate examinations from a recognized university.
• Relevant Degree.
• Relevant Registration Certificate from the relevant Council.
• Permanent Caste/Caste Verification Certificate issued by the competent authority. (Permanent Caste Certificate holders will be eligible.)
• Local Residence Certificate issued by the competent authority of the State of Chhattisgarh.
• Disability Certificate (from the Medical Board).
• Experience Certificate: Only work experience in Central and State Government undertakings/government/semi-government posts issued by the appointing authority will be considered for selection for all posts. For which 02 marks per year (maximum 10 marks) will be awarded and for work experience related to the post, 03 marks per year (maximum 15 marks) will be awarded to the officers and employees working under National Health Mission for a maximum of 5 years (as per NHM rules, district level experience certificate signed by CMHO and DPM is valid) and only after completion of each year, marks will be awarded by calculating the experience directly on the basis of coefficient of the year. Failure to submit all the above documents, or if the documents are found to be false at any time during the verification process or after appointment, the candidate's appointment may be terminated.
• Mitanin candidates with GNM/Nursing and ANM training will receive 4 marks for one year of service as a Mitanin, with a maximum of 20 marks. Only the certificate of service from the State Health Resource Center, Raipur, will be valid.
• The institution from which the educational qualifications are obtained must be recognized by the UGC, AICTE, and the relevant council.
• Candidates must present the following documents in original and at the time of selection and document verification. Failure to present the original documents will automatically result in the cancellation of the selection.
• All educational and other qualifications (original documents) must be completed by the last date of the advertisement; otherwise, the application will be rejected during document verification, and no claim or objection will be entertained.
• Claims and objections to the list issued for claims and objections will be accepted by the applicants only within a specified time period. Only technical errors will be considered in claims and objections. New documents will not be accepted during document verification.
• The applicant must be a local resident of Chhattisgarh. All candidates from the state will receive equal opportunities. Opportunities will be granted to residents of other states only if a local resident is not available.
• Candidates without a Chhattisgarh resident's residence certificate will not be eligible for reservation benefits and will be placed in the unreserved category.
• Candidates working in government/semi-government institutions will be required to submit a copy of the No Objection Certificate issued by the appointing authority from their employer during document verification.
• Candidates must bring their identity card with them during the interview/skill test/written examination.
• The contract period will be valid until March 31, 2026. This period may be extended if the performance evaluation is satisfactory. Contractual positions will automatically be cancelled upon regular recruitment.
• If found eligible in the annual performance-based evaluation, the contract period may be extended for a period approved by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.
• Candidates whose services have been terminated by the National Health Mission due to indiscipline, financial irregularities, or misconduct, regardless of the position held, will be considered ineligible candidates.
• Upon selection, it will be mandatory for all selected candidates to sign a bond of Rs. 50. 1.20 The number of advertised positions includes backlog positions.
• Category-wise waiting lists will also be issued for the above positions, which will be valid for one year from the date of publication. In the event of a vacancy during this period, the positions can be filled from the said waiting list. For the waiting list, 200% candidates up to 25 posts, 150% for 25 to 50 posts and 100% for more than 50 posts will be kept in the waiting list, so that the posts that become vacant in future can be filled immediately. 1.22 The above contract posts will be non-transferable, and it will be mandatory to report to the place of posting and reside at the headquarters as per the appointment order.
• Claims and objections, the merit list, and the list of selected candidates will be available for viewing on the notice board of the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Bilaspur, and on the district website: htp://bilaspor.gov.in. No separate information will be provided through any other medium.
• In the absence of eligible candidates, the selection committee may cancel the recruitment and re-advertise the position.
• Applicants with disabilities will be required to attach a certified photocopy of a permanent life certificate obtained from the medical authority, the District Medical Board. Only those individuals with at least 40% of the relevant disability will be eligible for reservation in services/posts.
• If, at any stage of the selection process, it is found that a candidate is exerting pressure or coercion or attempting to influence the fair selection process, their application will be rejected, and no claim will be entertained in this regard.
• No expenses will be paid to the candidates for attending the skill test/written test and document verification.
• Incomplete and erroneous online applications will not be accepted and the documents must be attached as per the instructions. Applications submitted through any other medium other than online will not be accepted.
• The Collector/Chairman, District Health Committee, Bilaspur District, Chhattisgarh will have the final say on any dispute or problem arising during the recruitment to the above posts.
