Post : Manager - Quality Assurance

Job Description :
a) Leads the implementation and execution of all I-Quality Systems, QA Policies and Procedures at Category/BU level in order to deliver the quality promise via foundational excellence and QA capability and culture
b) Applies the PDCA thought process for Category at module level and coaches the Module QAO on department Quality PDCA
c) Works with Supply Chain leader and rest of supply system lead team, including function leaders to identify the priorities for quality continuous improvement and loss elimination (eg, Unplanned holds, Complaints, QI Elimination, Alerts, QBOS, etc) for inclusion into Supply chain masterplan/90-day plan and resource planning.
d) Participates in the supply Chain/Dept. DDS to calibrate the review of quality results and enable the module QA owner to collaborate with the right resources for the resolution of quality-related issues at the supply chain/dept. level.
e) Leads the review, tracking, reporting and closure of QSF, CAPA and eQMS results at category level. Engages the extended LT on interventions needed to drive continuous improvement for quality management systems
f) Calibrates the execution and implementation of FPQ DMS for the categories owned. He/she must be FPQ DMS level 4 qualified and can qualify the FPQ DMSO to Level 3 if needed
g) Leads the category quality-related loss elimination ideation. Collaborates and proactively participates in module quality-related loss elimination (QA-led savings, unplanned holds, complaints, alerts, BOS gaps, etc.). May be asked to lead a quality-driven savings project
h) Leads capability building at site level based on systems and/or trainings owned. Reviews the capability building program at the module level for Q-Skills (SOP, WI, WBT, Q-trainings like TAMU, etc). Collaborates with Site QA leader and/or Regional QA resources as needed
i) Owns the Quality Program Health Assessment execution for the categories owned. Collaborates with supply chain lead time for CAPA development and execution on time

Candidate Profile : Btech / MSc / MBA / BPharma / MPharma with min 5 years of QA experience in FMCG/pharma companies
