For Govt. funded Project entitled “Regional Resource Centre for Health Technology Assessment (P-5355)”

Qualification & Experience
Medical : MBBS degree with 6 years of experience in Health Technology Assessment or Post Graduate Diploma in medical subjects after MBBS with 5 years of experience in Health Technology Assessment. Or Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) after MBBS with 5 years of research experience in Health Technology Assessment.
Non-Medical : M.Sc. Life Science / MPH/MHA/M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)/ Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) with 5 years of experience in Health Technology Assessment.

Qualification & Experience (Desirable) Extensive knowledge in epidemiology, evidence synthesis and Health economics. Familiarity with health economic modelling and use of statistical programs like R, TreeAge, Microsoft Excel and STATA. Teaching experience and publications in Health Technology Assessment.

Job description : To support and execute ongoing HTA projects of the resource centre. Submission of proposals for recommendations of the technical support committee. Supporting the HTA Secretariat in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with partner organisations. Supervision of the activities of junior staff.

Monthly emoluments : Rs. 67,000 + 18% HRA
Age limit as on 01.01.2026 : 40 Years*
Number of vacancies : ST Backlog- 1 (In the absence of an eligible ST candidate, an eligible SC candidate will be considered. Further, in the absence of an eligible SC candidate, an eligible UR candidate will be considered).
Nature / Tenure of appointment : Temporary (Purely on contract), initially for a period of 11.02.2026, likely
to be extended or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
