Pharmacist
No of posts : 2 (ST-1, VJ-1)
Salary Rs : 17000

Qualification : D.Pharm / B.Pharm    
Experience : Preference to experienced Candidate
Age limit : For Open 38 Years and Reserve 43 Years

District Pharmacist (NTEP Department)
No of posts : 1 (OPEN-1)
Salary Rs : 17000


Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized university    
Experience : One year experience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/health center recognized by Government Candidate should well conversant with various computer programming including MS.Word, Excel & simples statistical packages
Age limit : Maximum 65 Years

Terms & Conditions
1) Interested candidates should  06/12/2021 to 27/12/2021 from 11 am to 3:00 pm, the required educational qualification documents should be submitted by hand, post, speed post, courier as mentioned in the application and advertisement in the prescribed form.  
2) The honorarium mentioned before the post is a combined honorarium and no allowances other than that will be payable.  
3) The application will be considered only if the application is received by hand, post, speed post or courier within the prescribed time.
4) Appointment order will be given as per the order and instructions received from the state government.  
5) Marks obtained in the Qualifying Exam from the application received  Eligible candidates will be interviewed only after final verification by Deputy Director So, Nashik Division, Nashik.  (Right to marks is reserved by the Selection Committee.) Final List of Selection (Notice Board of Jalgaon Municipal Corporation or Eligible Candidates will be notified in the interview via mobile.)  
6) All the above posts are of contract nature and consolidated honorarium and as the project period is limited, these posts will be terminated automatically as soon as the project is closed.  It should be noted that 1 month notice will not be given for this.  
7) The above mentioned posts are not state government posts but are purely contract posts.  There will be no claim or claim regarding the terms and conditions as per the government service in this post and also the government service rules are not applicable for this post.  
8) Candidates to be selected should be physically and mentally fit for the post and no criminal case should be filed or pending against the selected candidate.  The medical certificate in this regard should be obtained from the Municipal Hospital after the tests and the report on the character verification should be obtained by applying at the police station in the concerned district.  Appointment will be made only after the said certificate has been submitted to the present office.  
9) Candidates should clearly mention the name of the post they are applying for and the category (caste category) for the post as per social reservation.  If the application has been submitted by the backward class candidates from the reservation, but the application is not as per the above format or if the documents are not attached then the application of the candidates will not be accepted.  
10) As per the letter dated 20.07.2016 from the Joint Director (Independent) RAASA Mumbai's Taxation / Manpower / Reservation / 24564-774 / 16 dt.  Candidates in the category will be considered.  As soon as the candidates in the reserved category become available, the appointment of the candidates in other categories will be terminated automatically.  No notice was given to them for that.  Will not go. 


11) The selected candidate will not be able to apply for relocation as per his convenience during the contract period. 
12) If the applicant commits any kind of misconduct or political pressure, etc., or if he uses pressure and misbehavior on government officials / employees application will be canceled.
13) The applicant should accurately record his current mobile number and e-mail ID on his application.  Care should also be taken to ensure that it remains in good condition till the recruitment process is completed.  
14) During the recruitment process, candidates who are required by the instructions of their superiors will be called for interviews, Skill Tests for the selection process (Marks of Skill Tests for appointment will also be taken into account and merit list will be prepared accordingly.)  Will have to.  Also no honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for this attendance.  
15) The application form has been published along with the advertisement.  
16) Candidates will not be able to complain that if the application is rejected as it is incomplete and partially filled then the entire responsibility will remain with the candidates.  
17) All photocopies along with application in prescribed form 1) Proof of age 2) Degree / Diploma final year certificate (Candidates who have percentage according to grade should attach photocopy with grade) (Note: Do not submit all year certificates and do not submit additional or other documents)  3) Marks 4) Council Registration Certificate (for required posts), Caste Certificate by the candidate for Backward Class and Candidate for 30% Women Reserved (OBC and Open category for the post of Medical Officer only) will be required to attach the relevant certificate.  
18) Documents along with application should be submitted along with experience certificate of work done in government / semi-government organization. 

19) Since the merit list of eligible candidates will be prepared from the application received and the photocopy attached by the candidate.
20) The selected candidates will have to submit Rs.100 / - on bond paper (on non-judicial stamp paper) at the time of joining the contract.  
21) It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to report to the place of appointment within 7 days from the date of receipt of the appointment order.  No extension will be granted in this regard.  
22) Candidate should enclose the application and all the documents in the envelope and put the category on the envelope and write on which post he has applied for.  (If 30% women are reserved candidates, it should be mentioned along with the category.) The application should be sent by post, speed post, by hand, courier only.  Candidate can apply for only one post.  The application should be submitted taking care that the application made by the candidate for various posts will not be considered.  Applications of candidates for various posts will be canceled.  No notice will be given to this candidate.  Documents should be complete as mentioned in the application.  If it is incomplete, care should be taken to cancel the application without giving any notice to him.  Candidates for open category should submit Rs. 150 / - and for backward category candidates should submit Rs. 100 / - with DD Corporation of any bank and any branch in the name of Corporation Integrated Family & Welfare Society Jalgaon.
