Need Business Development Manager (Clinical Research) in Prorelix Lifesciences

Post : Business Development Manager (Clinical Research)
-Develop clients through Research and build databases of target clients in pharmaceutical/biotech/ herbal industry.
-Establish first level communication with client through cold calling, email campaigns, business conferences, trade shows and one-on-one meetings with prospective clients
-Develop new business relationships and nurturing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
-Create and deliver Corporate & Bid defense presentations, executing CDA, RFI, RFP receipt, RFP management, Project Specific Agreements/Contract agreements and Change Order generation.
-Co-ordination with functional team for Strategic discussion, to ensure timely & quality delivery of projects & upon client requirement
-Responsible for making clinical trial proposals
-Manage the end-to-end BD process right from opportunity identification to opportunity maturation, Designing the budget, Budget Negotiation and Deal closure
-Development of strategies for expanding the market/opening up new markets (Domestic and Global)
-Liaise with the Shipment companies to generate and negotiate shipment prices.
-Coordinates the shipment of biological specimens from the client site to Laboratories
-Payment follow-up with Sponsors & Collections.
Candidate Profile :
-Bachelor or Masters Degree in Pharmaceutical sciences/Management/Life sciences/ Medicine with appropriate experience.
-Practical experience in planning, conducting, supervising and evaluating clinical trials
-Professional with at least 5-6 years of clinical research and business development experience; able to work autonomously, with a proven ability to market and sell clinical research services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
-Practical experience in the field of acquisition; ideally in a clinical CRO or similar service organization.
-Sound knowledge of the clinical research, pharmaceutical market, and extensive contacts to pharmaceutical and biotech companies desirable
-Very good command of written and spoken English (able to conduct negotiations)
-Strong business sense and target orientation
-Willingness to travel.

Qualification : B.Pharm, B.Sc –Life Sciences, BAMS, BHMS, MBBS/MBA/PGDM
