Fellowship opportunities in Nanomedicine Research Laboratory for Pharma candidates

Application for the position of two junior research fellows for the project "Self-propelled Janus Nanomotor for Site-specific Delivery of Chemotherapeutics in Gastric Cancer through the Oral Route" under the supervision of Prof. Swati Biswas, Department of Pharmacy.

Call for Junior Research Fellows (non-medical) in the Nanomedicine Research Laboratory, BITS- Hyderabad.

Scope of work : To develop various nanoformulations using advanced fabrication techniques such as microfluidization, electrospinning, and hydrothermal method. To carry out a comprehensive physicochemical characterisation of the developed nanoformulations using appropriate analytical techniques. To evaluate the formulations through in vitro and in vivo studies and to elucidate the underlying mechanistic pathways involved.

Essential Qualification : Master's Degree in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Sciences (First-class) from a recognized university. The candidate will be eligible to apply for the Ph.D. position next semester. PhD candidates are encouraged to apply

Desirable Qualification : GATE/NET/GPAT/DBT/DST/IC MR/CSIR etc. qualification with prior experience working on a project related to developing nanoformulations, in vitro and in vivo experiments. Strong interest in learning new techniques.

Fellowship : As per BFI norms.

Place of work : BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus
