Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Responsibilities :
1. Ability to understand and analyses the complex data and performs the activities including accessing the case in Argus, code and enter data.
2. Be fully competent to perform all steps within the case-handling process.
3. Ensure compliance with global and local procedural documents and local implementation of Patient Safety objectives, policies, processes and procedures.
4. Responsible for follow up procedures.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of new safety-related systems, processes and procedures within the process.
6. Support a performance-driven culture.
7. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
8. Ability to work in team and meet the strict timelines of deliver
Clinical Data Manager
Experience : 2–8 Years

Responsibilities / Expectation from the role.
• Own and manage assigned study conduct activities for clinical trials from TCS.
• Validate clinical trial data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity as per protocol and guidelines.
• Raise and manage system/manual queries to resolve data discrepancies.
• Perform external data reconciliations, including SAE, IWRS, and Central Lab data.
• Act as SPOC for all study related communications from TCS.
• Proactively identify study risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high quality deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and share learnings within the team
