Job Description
Responsibilities

The Business Operations Support person provides support to the PRD scientist group, assisting with non-laboratory based activities that support analytical development, characterization, and testing.   In addition, the Business Operations Support person will work as part of a broader team to collaborate and leverage the capabilities of other team members to promote a collaborative, team-based approach to efficiently monitoring work progress and timely work completion.

• Upload new documents into Regulus and populate document properties
• Create the Regulus routing notice for document approval
• Monitor routing notice status (including follow up if any delay is noted) and set effective date after document approval
• Reference and update the guidance documents
• Generate process metrics as required
• Timely response to all phone calls, instant messages, and emails regarding Regulus system and process questions
• Create templates to capture information from scientists using Sharepoint and Infopath
• Author or update  material specification packages and manage in Regulus as a data steward
• Perform data integrity reviews for data contained in scientific reports  and tables
• Create and manage change controls and deviations using Trackwise software application
• Utilize dashboards to monitor progress of tasks and notify scientists as needed
• Utilize Trackwise or other program to assign tasks to scientists
• Develop Sharepoint site to document scientist based data reviews
• Translate scientific data from multiple data reports into a summary document utilizing Microsoft Word or Excel
• Summarize data into draft reports in Microsoft Word
• Timely response to all phone calls, instant messages, and emails regarding business operation support

Candidate Profile
• B.S. in Chemistry or related field with 0 to 3 years industrial experience OR significant pharmaceutical analysis experience

•  A working knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical testing.
• Proficiency with existing Microsoft products and platforms, including Excel, Word, Sharepoint, OneNote, and Infopath.
• Ability to summarize technical information, including data, into a written format
• Excellent communication skills:  the candidate will work directly with multiple scientists
• Organizational skills:  the candidate will handle multiple tasks daily and track to ensure tasks are completed.
• Experience with Trackwise, Regulus, and Microsoft PowerBI is desirable but not required.
