    Abstract:
Taste masking becomes a pre-requisite for bitter drugs to improve the patient compliance especially in the pediatric and geriatric population. Metoclopramide hydrochloride is recommended in dose of 10 to 15 mg four times a day for getting relief from nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and reflux oesophagitis. It finds application in all the categories of patients. In the present study an attempt has been made to prepare bitterless fast dissolving tablet of Metoclopramide Hydrochloride using stevia leaf powder as a taste masking agent. Direct compression was the technique used for preparing taste masked tablets.

    ABSTRACT:
Generally, controlled release dosage forms used in many applications. Superporous hydrogel is also one of them. It has lot of advantages over conventional hydrogel. Superporous hydrogel having faster swelling due to interconnected highly porous structure. Such other properties like slippery property, their mechanical strength and better foaming process are advantageous over conventional hydrogel. Its unique mechanism for achieving gastric retention, a number of hurdles have to be overcome for any approach to be clinically useful. For example, intra-gastric floating systems require the presence of gastric juice to be effective, and this may not be the case in the fasted state. Mucoadhesive systems can easily lose their mucoadhesive properties by interaction with any materials soluble in gastric juice. In this review, types of superporous hydrogel, their preparation, their characterizations and applications are discussed.

    ABSTRACT:
Lornoxicam is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic properties. The purpose of this study was to develop a taste masked oral disintegrating tablet of poorly soluble Lornoxicam by direct compression technique with β-cyclodextrin (BCD) complexes using various super disintegrants like sodium starch glycolate, crospovidone and L-Hpc. Prepared tablets were evaluated for different properties like drug content, hardness, friability, disintegration time and in vitro dissolution study. The different formulations showed disintegration time between 21 to 33.66 s. Drug release showed time between the ranges of 5 to 30 min. Among all the formulations, L1 showed 97.79% drug release within 30 min. Thus, L1 was considered best among the other formulations.. The tablets showed enhanced dissolution hence better patient compliance.

    ABSTRACT :
In this review article we discussed about are monospecific identical immune cells that are all clones of a unique parent cell. Monoclonal antibodies have monovalent affinity, in that they bind to the same epitope.Given almost any substance, it is possible to produce monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to that substance; they can then serve to detect or purify that substance. This has become an important tool in biochemistry, molecular the non-proprietary drug name ends in mabs,in this we discussed type of monoclonal antibodies, preparation, targeting of monoclonal antibodies as well as advantages and disadvantages of monoclonal antibodies. antibodies that are biology and medicine.

    Abstract:
Antiaging is emerging class of cosmetics which combine the benefit of anti aging ingredients with the elegance skin feel and delivery system of cosmetics antioxidants, anti cellulites and anti microbial have been use in maintaining and enhancing human beauty. Anti aging ingredients also help to reduce the fine lines, increasing the moisture level and reduces wrinkles and puffness to keep the skin in good condition. New delivery system is a more effective solution for the skin aging resulting from photoaging. New vehicle like liposome and nanoparticles is a new generation for antioxidants with enhanced bioavailability and very stable activity. Our objective is to review present state of the art knowledge pertaining to mechanisms involved in skin aging, factor responsible for aging and various new ingredients use to treat aging defect.

    ABSTRACT:
In the present study antistress activity was assessed against anoxia tolerance, swimming endurance and cold restraint stress models. In anoxia tolerance test, the mean time of appearing first convulsion in mice was taken as end point to determine the time of anoxia.  In swimming endurance test the mean time of swimming performance was recorded. The end point taken was when the animals remained at the bottom of swimming tank for 10 sec. Biochemical estimation like glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides and BUN and weight of organs were measured in cold restraint stress model.

    ABSTRACT:
The cardiovascular risk factors were significantly abnormally altered in diabetic rats when compared to normal control. The present study FLEt with low dose of OHA’s indicates the significant improvement in endothelial dependent vasodilatation because the percentage relaxation produced by acetylcholine was more significant when these groups were compared with diabetic control. However all the treated groups restored these changes significantly to normal conditions in diabetic rats when compared to diabetic control. The combined therapy of FLEt and Fluvastatin was found to be significantly effective. Moreover, this combination was also found to demonstrate synergistic behavior than pioglitazone plus fluvastatin.
We conclude that of preventive therapy with combination of FLEt with OHA’s (low dose) may prevent the endothelial dysfunction in diabetic patients (prediabetic state) due to free radical scavenging activity, metabolic control.

    ABSTRACT
The present study has been undertaken to prepare fast dissolving tablets of atenolol by direct compression method with a view to enhance patient compliance. The superdisintegrant used in this study was crosspovidone and sucralose as a sweetening agent. A new formulation of atenolol tablet was designed and compressed by direct compressionmethod. Then its physical parameters including hardness, friability, diameter, thickness, disintegration time, dissolution test were performed for evaluation and characterization of this new formulation. It was observed in the result that the tablet formulation F-4 was found to have maximum drug release at the end of 6 minutes and considered as the most effective formulation. It was also concluded that direct compression technique is a useful method for preparing fast dissolving tablets.
