NABL is a signatory to Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) since 2000. As a result of these MRA’s, test / calibration reports of NABL accredited laboratories are considered equivalent to the reports issued by accredited laboratories in 60 countries.
NABL has been growing exponentially by scaling up in number of accredited laboratories in existing areas and adding new areas of accreditation to keep pace with the science and technology. To meet this expansion, we wish to recruit outstanding candidates who can realize the management practice and structure to cope with the expansion.
Post: TECHNICAL MANAGERS* (for Accreditation of Testing / Calibration/ Medical Laboratories)
No. of Vacancies: 09 (UR - 4, OBC - 2, SC - 2, ST - 1,)
Educational Qualification :
Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized university
Or
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from a recognized university A Masters degree in pathology will be desirable.
Desired Qualification & Experience :
Minimum 15 years experience in reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ Certification/ Standards/ Inspection/ Accreditation/ Quality Assurance/ Quality Management System or related activities in Industry/ Projects/ Program.
Or
Minimum 13 years experience in reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ Quality Assurance/ Standards/ Certification/ Accreditation in Laboratory/ Hospital/ Clinical Establishment.
AGE: 48 years
EMOLUMENTS:
Basic Pay Rs.37,600/- pm
Or
Basic Pay Rs. 47,000 / - pm

All the positions are on contract basis for a period 4 years and extendable from time to time. Allowances and Perks comprise of HRA @30% of Basic Pay; DA on consolidated Basic Pay; Transport Allowance, EPF, LTC, Medical Reimbursement, Medical Insurance Scheme, Children Education Allowance, Encashment of Earned leave, Performance Related Variable Incentive etc. as per NABL norms.
