Job Description
• Shall be responsible for managing the quality assurance dept. and performing in-process checks for the different formulations.
• At least relevant 3 years in the manufacturing of Liquid Oral products along with the other formulations.
• Shall be responsible for performing in-process checks in the manufacturing of with review of process documents stage-wise and facilitate timely release of batches at various stages.
• Investigation of root causes and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Handling of Deviations, Non-conformances, Out of Specification, Change Controls and CAPA Tracking.
• Preparation of Training syllabus, Training needs, Training modules & training calendars. Imparting training on shop floor.
• Responsible for the execution of the company’s supplier audit program. Responsible for the execution of the company’s internal audit program.
• Exposure of market complaint, batch failure investigations.

Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have at least relevant 3 years in the manufacturing of Liquid Oral products alongwith the other formulations.
• Candidate should have IPQA (production) experience in formulation related to Liquid Oral products such as Syrups, Suspension, Emulsion, Drops & Solution.
• Candidate should be from pharmacy background.
