1) Recruitment & selection.
2) Induction follow HR Protocol
3) Joining Formalities
4) Introduce new joiner with all employees of Wyzax.
5) Manage MIS
6) Manage Admin & Maintenance work.
7) Attendance mapping.
8) Salary and Expense supervision.
9) Updating policies and circulating them.
10) Ensuring adherence of corporate policy.
11) Birthday & festival celebration.
12) Leave sanction of office staff.
13) Counseling with employees (whenever required)
14) Exit formalities & Full & final Settlement through co-ordinate with Account.
