Post : Bioanalytical Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all day to day operations of Bioanalytical department
- Sound understanding & well versed with current regulations on all aspects of bioanalysis
- Ensure effective compliance to SOPs / Regulations and maintain GLP environment within laboratory
- Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of LC-MS/MS instruments
- Experienced in bio-analytical method development and validation of drugs/metabolites in all types of biological matrices on LC-MS/MS
- Monitor periodic calibration of LC-MS/MS and other supporting equipment as per the Master Calibration Plan
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of LC-MS/MS and other supporting equipment.
- Ensure revision of SOPs and Calibration of instruments within the timelines
- Provide inputs for protocol preparation
- Ability to handle a team of 5-10 analysts
- Strong analytical reasoning ability to understand and resolve critical bioanalytical queries and day to day technical issues
- Exposure to large molecule analysis will be an added advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
