Job Description
· Daily Work Management System, Continuous Improvement Projects, Kaizen Events, Quality Circles, Lean Six Sigma and Employee Suggestion Scheme.
· Responsible for Equipment Effectiveness.
· Responsible for deriving Green belt projects at site. To impart the Lean trainings to shop floor personnel.
· Lean Six Sigma Practices - Training and Mentoring.
· Spearheading projects with site team for Cost Optimization & Energy Conservation.
· Operational excellence & Value Improvement - Driving Manufacturing excellence.
· Identification and execution of productivity improvement projects like labor efficiency, Time Motion study, Kanban etc.
· Energy saving projects, Continuous quality improvement, Six sigma methodology implementation.
· Department Budgeting and Quarterly Forecasting.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 8- 15 yrs.
- Qualifications: B.pharm /M.pharm/Btech.
- From Regulated plant.
- SAP knowledge.
- Green Belt / Black belt - Lean Six sigma.
- MIS handling.
- Project handling.
