INVITRO ADME
Qualification : M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience Range : 2 to 6 years
Skill Set required
❖ Perform In vitro ADME assays such as solubility, metabolic stability, CYP450 inhibition, plasma protein binding.
❖ Processing of plasma and tissue samples for bio analysis
❖ Hands-on experience in basic LC-MS/MS operations such as compound tuning, sequence preparation and use of Analyst software is required.
INVIVO PK
Qualification : M.Pharm Pharmacology
Experience Range : 2 to 6 years
Skill Set required
> Hands-on experience in rodent PK, pre-formulation work, dosing via different routes & plasma preparation for bio analysis
> Expertise in rodent surgery such as cannulation is required.
> Experience in PK data analysis using WinNonlin is desirable.
