Job Description
To be responsible for tracking progress on new product development projects, provide regular update to Project Management team and VP- PRC and to highlight key concern areas related to respective projects.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Converting all major initiatives into projects with help of Project management tool.
- Developing the scope and work and activities tracker for respective stakeholders
- On time updates on projects
- Accurate tracking of resources, activities and costs
- Highlight delays, cost overruns, regulatory constraints in the projects and other risks of the projects to the Head Project Management and VP -SRC
- Project Control - Track variance with respect to cost and scope (include product requirements etc).
- Work closely with cross-functional team (SRC, QA, RA, PPC and, Plant) to ensure communication flow between the team is complete and consistent.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure project work flow is correctly captured in activity tracker after understanding Project requirements and role of each function at each stage.
To prepare project plan in details with scope of work for each participating department and shared at beginning of the project.
Review key milestones in each project and assigned responsibilities of the teams and send Minutes of the Meeting to key stake holders at end of each review.
To highlight concerns and raise alarms in anticipation of any delay in projects to the management team.
