Job Description
Responsible for collecting and managing valuable scientific information from around the world for use by local resources. This role is the key local access point for broad product and therapeutic expertise. The MIO drafts detailed medical and scientific materials for internal and external customers to support brand operational plans.

Collect and synthesize current and new insights relevant for the brand development, gathering data from relevant local and global internal sources Act as information link between global brand teams and Country roles Craft materials for targeted dissemination of medical information (e.g., materials for Country database, messages for KOLs and/or patients, etc.) Support the delivery of brand operational plans Be key contact for Country back office to answer brand-specific questions and craft/review answers given to external customers Support internal training by providing specialist support Prepare medical materials for Country associates Manage Country scientific knowledge/expertise.

Candidate Profile:
University degree in bioscience PhD or MD strongly preferred English and CPO Country language Deep medical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas Demonstrated ability as an effective team player Strong written and verbal communication skills in CPO Country language and English Proven ability to interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms for the collection, review, and dissemination of medical information Proven responsiveness to information requests from CPO and HQ levels Record of Medical/Scientific publication desirable
