Titan Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is the one of select few Company in india with dedicated state of art WHO GMP facility for producing high quality Sustained and Modified Release Pellets, DC Granules& Taste Masked Granules. The plant is located in green belt of mahad industrial zone about 180Kms from mumbai. It is strategically located on well connected Mumbai-Goa Highway.

Post: Asst. Manager/sr. Executive/executive - R&D (formulation)

Job Description
1) Handling team of 10 Peoples.
Strong experience in developing Solid Oral Dosage forms for Regulated and ROW markets. Experience with Pelletization, Tablets & Capsules technologies a plus.
2) Experience with development of Sustained & Modified release formulations with non-infringing, patentable approaches. Knowledge of NDDS technologies a plus.
3) Strong understanding of different modified release coating polymers.
4) Experience handling equipment for pelletization like FBC/FBD, Extruder, Spherodizer.
5) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6) Experience developing products with complete documentation for Regulated markets like EU, Brazil, Korea and others. Understanding of Regulatory requirements a plus.
7) Experience with all aspects of product development lifecycle from Literature survey to Pre-formulation studies and Tech transfer.
8) Experience with successful technology transfers to plant with clear understanding & documentation of critical parameters.
9) Desire to constantly upgrade knowledge based on self-reading of industry magazines, discussion with peers etc.
10) Good Leadership Quality.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for appropriately qualified candidates with 5 to 12 yrs of relevant in R &D with a regulated Pharma company should have exposure in all Solid Oral Dosage forms for Regulated and ROW markets.
