Experience : 8-12 years in Sales / Marketing role with 3-5 years of experience in Sales Force management.
Job Description
• Conducting sales resource optimization exercises to create efficiency and effectiveness
• Support and collaborate in analytics and performance tracking systems
• Provide robustness to the process of target setting for the sales force effort and performance management process
• Promote coaching, feedback, recognition, and training to the team
• Optimize all relevant resources for a brand or portfolio across multiple geographies & activities

• Remarkable skills in advanced excel, access, Qlik sense and power Bl
• To be able to manage different stakeholders
• Adapt to new technologies
• Strong planning, prioritization and decision-making skills
