Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the recruitment to the post of Lab Technicians and Pharmacists to work under the control of Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, T.S., Hyderabad subject to condition they will be terminated whenever direct recruitment is made to the post. The selection process will be done through District Selection Committee headed by the District Collector and for a period up to 31.003.2022 or till the actual need ceases whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualification :
A) Intermediate.
B) Diploma in Pharmacy (or) Bachelor of Pharmacy.
C) Must be registered with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council.
D) The minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 34 years.

Maximum 34 Years
The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules.
i). For SC, ST & BCs: Five (5) years.
ii). For Ex-Service men: Three (3) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
iii). Disabled persons: Ten (10) years.
Rule of Reservation
1. Rules of reservation in respect of Community, Disability and Ex-Service men/women shall be strictly observed as per the State Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, read with the relevant specific rules applicable.
2. The rule of reservation to local candidates is applicable as per revised presidential order.
3. The rule of reservation to 10% reservation to Economically Weaker Section is applicable as per G.O.Ms.No.65 GAD (Ser.D) Dept., Dt. 19.03.2021, subject to production of Certificate of the Income and Asset Certificate issued by or any other authority specified by the government
(i) District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Sub-Divisional Magistrate / Mandal Revenue Officer.
(ii) Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar and
(iii) Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and / or his family normally resides.
Method of Recruitment :
Recruitment shall be done by the District Selection Committee, Vikarabad District. The District Selection Committee shall consist of the following members:-
1. District Collector : Chairman
2. DM&HO : Member-Convener
3. Deputy Director, Social Welfare : Member
4. DCHS : Member
5. Any other member the chairman wishes to include : Member
Selection will be made on the basis of Merit and subject to satisfaction and fulfillment of all terms and conditions / rules applicable in all aspects, for the post of Lab Technician and Pharmacist on out sourcing basis.
Merit will be done based on the following criteria :
a. Total Marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted basing on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and 10 marks will be awarded for the age. Weightage for age will be reckoned from 18 years of age of the candidate, 0.5 mark will be awarded for one completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. The will be reckoned as on 01.07.2021. (Example 1: If a candidate completes 20 years as on 01.07.2021, he will be awarded 1.0 mark; Example 2: If a candidate completes 30 years as on 01.07.2021, he will be awarded 6.0 marks; Example 3: If a candidate completes 40 years as on 01.07.2021, he will be awarded 10.0 marks).
b. Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above criteria and displayed on website for transparency and also for calling objections.
c. Selection will be done from the finalized merit list duly following all terms and conditions / rules applicable in all aspects, Rule of reservation and presidential orders for the posts.
As per the presidential order for each unit of appointment the reserved and unreserved ratio as per the G.O.Ms.No.65 GAD (Ser.D) Dept. Dt. 19.03.2021 for each category will be applicable.

How to apply :
a. Filled in applications forms shall be submitted in person at O/o. DM&HO, Vikarabad District.
b. Bio-Data should be submitted in prescribed forms along with self attested copies of the following certificates.
1. SSC or Equivalent Examination.
2. Intermediate (10+2) Examination.
3. Qualifying Examination passed certificate.
4. Marks Memos of all the years (Qualifying examination).
5. Registration Certificate of respective Councils.
6. Latest Caste Certificate issued by the MRO concerned.
7. All study certificates from 1st to 7th class and in case of Private study residence certificate from Tahasildar / MROs of the Telangana State.
8. PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH quota.
9. Relevant certificate in respect of candidates claiming Ex-service man quota.
10. One photo graph duly pasted on application form.
c. The decision of the District Selection Committee in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance and rejections as the case may be at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding and on all concerned. The District Selection Committee is also reserves its right to alter and modify or cancel terms and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages up to selections duly intimating details thereof to all concerned, as wanted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the district selection committee at any stage. d. The candidates are directed to follow the official Website of the Vikarabad District vikarabad.telangana.gov.in regularly to know the latest development of this recruitment and changes/modifications/addendum/results etc.
e. All the candidates are informed that, after the application received within time will be Scrutinized and a tentative merit list will be published on the official website of the Vikarabad District calling for objection. The selection list will be published only after all the objections are displayed as per norms. Receipt of applications only for (03) days from the date of issuing notification from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at O/o. District Medical & Health Officer, Vikarabad District.
