Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The Incumbent as a member of the Quality Assurance and Technical services Team is responsible for implementation and execution of allocated QA related systems and processes in accordance with the relevant SOPs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage overall process in evaluating site compliance and implement appropriate actions in the following functional areas:
- Investigations
- Internal Audit
- Annual Product Review
- Complaint Management
- In-process Quality Assurance
- Batch record review
- Change Control
2.To Compile and prepare data for submission to regulatory authorities
3.To liaison and follow up with Regulatory authorities for renewal/issuance of product manufacturing licenses.
4. Participate and submit data to the site quality review team (SQRT) and AQRT process to ensure site regulatory compliance.
Skills / Knowledge / Qualification / Experience
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position.
1. B. Pharm / M. Pharm.
2. 4 to 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
3. Exposure to WHO (NHRA and Geneva), ISO and other SRA Audits
