Job Description:
The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) is accountable for achieving the final clinical deliverable (usually clean data from evaluable patients as specified in the study protocol) within the time period specified in the contract with the Customer. Maintains profitability by ensuring clinical activity is conducted within contract scope, through efficient management of the clinical team. In smaller regions, may be responsible for coordinating all project activities (regulatory, etc.) and be accountable for project financials.

Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or licensed certified health care training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Significant clinical research experience (comparable to 3 years) in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out.
· Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
· Valid Driver's License.
· Valid Passport.

· Extensive monitoring experience.
· Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.

· Able to effectively prioritize workload.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Expert knowledge of relevant regulations e.g. ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines, etc.
· Computer skills.
· Able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
· Ability to travel.
