Job Purpose:
Plans, coordinates, and direct Finished Goods Quality Assurance (FGQA), Complaint Handling program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties and responsibilities at Ethicon Baddi

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Customer complaint handling & Data trending alerts to management.
  • To review and approve the Calibration report for all QA instruments.
  • Ensure adherence to quality system and compliance in laboratory and shop floor.
  • Ensure compliance to due dates for release of incoming, in-process and finished goods samples to meet the operations business objectives.
  • Ensure all laboratory test methods and procedures are executed in compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Development, writing, updating and review of test methods, SOPs, protocol, and Specifications as required.
  • Ensuring all laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with government regulations and safety requirements as well as Enterprise, Sector and Company policies.
  • Driving investigation of NCR, CAPA, non-conforming laboratory test results as well as reviewing laboratory OOS and OOT events including related quality records and investigation reports.
  • Escalating quality issues to management.
  • Lead, develop, train and coach lab associates within laboratory.
  • Providing Audit support (front room, backroom and SME)
  • Working with cross functional teams to successfully resolve audit findings, product non conformances, customer complaints, to execute corrective/Preventive Actions and/or to improve product design.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of document reviews and approvals for document changes within the area of responsibilities.
  • Participating in budget planning for the laboratory.
  • Review and approve of stability reports and Artworks.
  • Working closely with R&D in support of development, troubleshooting, validation and transfer of test methods to commercial QA/QC laboratory. Preparation and review of SOP/ STPs.
  • Review and approve of RM, PM, IPQA and FG documents.
  • Document control which includes issuance of documents to the respective department.

Education: Post Graduate in Pharmacy
Experience: 4.5 years’ relevant experience in medical
