Job Description
• Experience in formulation exposure related to STERILE products such as liquids, lyophilized products & Dry Powder.
• Shall be responsible for performing in-process checks in the manufacturing of injections, eye/ear drops review of process documents stage-wise and facilitate timely release of batches at various stages.
• Investigation of root causes, implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Handling of Deviations, Non-conformances, Out of Specification, Change Controls and CAPA Tracking.
• Preparation of Training syllabus, Training needs, Training modules & training calendars. Imparting training on shop floor.
• Shall involve in the day to day production activities of the parenteral department, for the manufacturing of injections & eye/ear drops including packaging.
• Exposure of market complaint, batch failure investigations & OOS.
Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have IPQA experience in formulation related to Sterile products such as liquids, lyophilized products & Dry Powder.
• Candidate should be from pharmacy background.
