*N.B. 3 % of the posts of each category will be reserved for Capable P.H. Candidate as per Govt.Rules.

Age- As per Odisha Civil Services (Fixation up upper age limit) Rules.

Mode of selection: As per Govt. Rules & Regulation prescribed by Govt of Odisha, Health & Department for different category of filling of paramedical post.

Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned above are requested to apply along with a prescribed format and all self attested Xerox copy the above mentioned certificate and two nos of pass port size colour photograph to the office of the Chief District Medical Officer, Boudh on or before Dt.31.12.2014 at 5.00 P.M. through Regd.Post/Speed Post only and the application should be superscribed with the name of the post applied for & also on the top of the envelop. General Conditions
1. Preference will be given to candidates of the Boudh district in case sufficient candidates will not be available neighboring district and other district will be considered.
2. The engagement of SlNo-1 to 8 are purely contractual basis and may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof. Further the candidates will not claim any regular appointment in future as a matter of right and also not claim any financial benefit other than monthly remuneration and other allowance as per Govt.Rules.
