Job Description:
Plans and ensures conduct of analytical experiments of the highest complexity. Acts as core team member with cross functional project responsibilities on assigned projects. May undertake line management and staff development responsibilities for assigned staff. Provides technical leadership on projects of the highest analytical complexity. Has responsibility for the analytical development strategy on assigned projects
-Defines resource requirements and project budgets associated with analytical testing. Assists in the development of project timelines. Supports project and resource managers.
-Undertakes line management and staff development responsibilities for ca 0-6 analytical staff (as assigned).
-Participates routinely in cross functional project teams as functional expert or core team member.
-Authors and reviews applicable regulatory documentation for submission to Health Authorities. Responds to any Health Authority questions or audit findings related to analytical expertise. Supports projects and teams across all NCH OTC sites as requested.
-Acts in accordance with the Quality System and cGMP requirements and ensures the required standards are met for all projects and personnel under their supervision.
