A conference is a gathering of people with a common interest or background, with the purposes of allowing them to meet one another and to learn about and discuss issues, ideas and work that focus on a topic of mutual concern. Main Goal of this Conference is generating or working toward solutions to problems or broader social change. In India, the hospitals are run by government, charitable trusts and by private organizations. The government hospitals in rural areas are called Primary Health Centres (PHCs). Major hospitals are located in district head quarters or major cities due to those lots of towns or rural area facing the lots of problems to get proper medical service or facilities while our 70 % of population are reside in rural areas. Rural healthcare in India is characterised by a huge gap between supply and demand.

Objective
Pharmacists have the potential to fill the gap created due shortage/unavailability of doctors and nursing personnel in health facilities in rural areas. This can be achieved through a policy initiative to redefine the role of pharmacists in the Indian healthcare system so as to better utilise their capabilities. The traditional role of pharmacists is to manufacture and supply medicines but the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) says that Pharmacists have an important role to play in health care, With greater health demands, increasing complexity of medicines and poor compliance, the pharmacist role has evolved into a more patient centered approach which is much more than selling medicines.
