Pharma Analysis

CMR College of Pharmacy sponsored by the M.G.R. Educational Society and was established in the year 2005 with the objectives of providing quality education in the field of Pharmacy to the students of rural and urban areas. The college offers B. Pharm., Pharm. D., and M. Pharm in the specializations of Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology. The college accorded the approval from the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. It has also received the approval from the Pharmacy Council of India u/s 12 of the Pharmacy Act 1948.

The institution is offering B.Pharmacy [100 seats], M. Pharmacy [15 seats each ] with specializations (PA & QA, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Technology), Pharm. D [30 seats] and Pharm. D (P.B)[10 seats].

The North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, established on 15th August, 1990 under the Maharashtra Universities Act, XXIX of 1989, started its academic and administrative functioning from the academic year 1991-92. Within the span of 3 years, the University is recognized under section 2 (f) in 1991 and 12 (B) in 1994 under the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956. The jurisdiction of the University is extended over three districts i.e. Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar, a pre-dominantly tribal and rural area of Khandesh region.
