The National Centre for Cell Science is an autonomous institution of Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, for a mandate of basic research, teaching & training, and as a national repository for cell lines/hybridomas etc. The centre is located in the midst of academically enriched environment of University of Savitribai Phule Pune Campus, Pune.

Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H), is a subordinate office under Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.Development of Pharmacopoeias and Formularies as well as acting as Central Drug Testing cum Appellate Laboratory for Indian systems of Medicine & Homoeopathy are the key fields of activity of PCIM&H.  The Commission was initially established as Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine (PCIM) on 18th August, 2010 as an autonomous body under Ministry of AYUSH and was registered under Societies Registration

JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, formerly known as JSS University, is a Deemed to be University located in Mysuru, Karnataka. The Centre for Integrative Medicine and Research is a pioneering initiative by AIIMS, New Delhi in the quest for convergence of contemporary medicine with India’s ancient and traditional medical practices. The centre at the premier institute of the country shall be dedicated to research, documentation and delivery of holistic healthcare.

The National Institute of Immunohaematology is one of the premiere research Institutes of the ICMR, located currently in the premises of the KEM hospital, Parel, Mumbai. The centre, which was started by ICMR to solve problems in blood banking, could successfully initiate research in various other related areas of immunohaematology viz. Population Genetics, Biochemical Genetics, Antenatal Serology, Immunology, HLA and Autoimmune Disorders. Dr.H.M.Bhatia and Dr.A.J.Baxi were the main architects behind this initial programme.
