Monitor and verify the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products through regular inspections and testing. Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, and complaints related to manufacturing processes and products.

This position involves active contribution to the Formulation ARD team in technical and operational activities such as hands-on support to formulation development in parenteral formulations and interpretation of analytical results. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible to perform the calibration of lab instruments like balance, pH meter, LC, GC, KF, coulometer and Auto-titrator. Responsible to perform the method development activity and plant trouble shooting activity.

Person should know IPQA related activities of OSD Manufacturing activity.

Documentation and Document Control: Manage the complete lifecycle (preparation, issuance, retrieval, and destruction) of all QA documents, including SOPs, Logbooks, BMRs, and BPRs, while maintaining the documentation cell.
