QC (Quality Control)
Designation : Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience : 2 to 6 Years
Qualification : B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm
Job Description :
• Responsible for performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.
• Drug substance, drug product AMV.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and regulatory requirements.
QA (Quality Assurance)
Designation : Sr. Officer to Executive
Experience : 2 to 6 Years
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Job Description :
• Perform sampling activities for Raw Materials (RM) in the warehouse as per approved procedures.
• Verify line clearance, area clearance, and equipment status before manufacturing and packing activities.
• Perform IPQA activities in Production, Packing, Raw Material (RM), and Finished Goods (FG) areas.
ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)
Designation : Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience : 2 to 4 Years
Qualification : B.Pharm, M.Sc.
Job Description :
• Perform analytical method development and validation for OSD formulations.
• Conduct method transfer activities to QC.
• Perform analysis using instruments like HPLC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus, and GC.
• Documentation, specifications, and STP preparation.
FND (Formulation and Development)
Designation : Officer to Executive
Experience : 2 to 10 Years
Qualification : M.Pharm
Job Description :
• Handle formulation development activities for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) products.
• Perform and coordinate technology transfer (TT) activities from R&D to manufacturing as a Formulation Scientist for OSD product development.
• Prepare and review formulation development documents, development reports, and technology transfer documents.
Production
Designation : Operator
Experience : 2 to 6 Years
Qualification : ITI
Job Description :
• Operate and monitor granulation and compression machines as per approved SOPs and manufacturing instructions.
• Perform machine setup, changeover, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Execute granulation activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and process parameters.
Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience : 2 to 6 Years
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Job Description :
• Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities as per the approved production plan and schedule.
• Handle and monitor granulation, compression, and coating operations as per approved SOPs and BMR/BPR.
• Ensure proper machine setup, operation, changeover, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
