The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) is the Central Drug Authority for discharging functions assigned to the Central Government under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. CDSCO has six zonal offices, four sub-zonal offices, 13 port offices and seven laboratories under its control.

Banaras Hindu University is an internationally reputed temple of learning, situated in the holy city of Varanasi. This Creative and innovative university was founded by the great nationalist leader, Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, in 1916 with cooperation of great personalities like Dr Annie Besant, who viewed it as the University of India. The President of the society is engaged in the Social activities, which include academically and financially helping the poor and / or meritorious students. Some members of the promoting body are involved in academic field and managing educational institutions.

Krishna Institute of Pharmacy and Sciences, Kanpur (KIPS) is one of the premier institutions in the field of Pharmacy. KIPS is established under the aegis of GYAN GANGA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY KANPUR in year 2019. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) New Delhi, and affiliated to the AKTU & BTE Lucknow, UP.
