National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Kolkata is an Institute of National Importance established by an Act of Parliament 2007 under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.

In reference to order vide no. HF/O/HS(MA)/775/HFW-25099/65/2021- MA dated 22.05.2021, District Health and Family Welfare Samity & Chief Medical Officer of Health, Birbhum invites ONLINE applications through email for recruitment of COVID-19 Volunteer (Pharmacist) on contractual basis for a period of 2 months (further be extended as per requirement).

IICB Institute was established in 1935 as the first non official centre in India for biomedical research and was included within the aegis of CSIR in 1956. Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata (IISER Kolkata) was established in 2006 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
