The ECHS Central Organisation is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organisation is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servivemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement(DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CSIR-CIMAP) is a premier multidisciplinary research institute of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), India with its major focus on exploiting the potential of medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) by cultivation, bioprospection, chemical characterization, extraction, and formulation of bioactive phytomolecules.

The Jeevan Gopi institute of pharmacy and technology Ahera, Baghpat (Delhi NCR) and Shri Gopichand College of Pharmacy and Technology Ahera Baghpat running under Sant Gopichand education and welfare society, achieves an incredible reputation for high quality educational services to the graduate students in Delhi NCR region. The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is a Comprehensive Cancer Centre with a mission to achieve the highest standards in patient care, cancer prevention, cancer research and professional development for oncology and allied disciplines.
