Institute of Nano Science and Technology (INST), Mohali (Punjab), an autonomous institution of Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, has been established under the umbrella of NANO MISSION, initiated by DST to boost research and development in the field of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in India. INST started its activities on 3rd January 2013, the date on which its first Director was appointed. The institute is currently operating from its transit campus at Habitat Centre, Sector-64, Phase-X, Mohali, Punjab.

Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for engagement as Research Associate(RA)/Postdoc in the research project jointly funded by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India and Swedish Research Council at Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Mohali.

DIPAS endeavors in optimizing human performance under extreme operational environments using physiological, biochemical, nutritional and ergonomic approach. The labs are equipped with state-of-art facilities to conduct human studies, animal and in-vitro experimentation with an interdisciplinary approach. Assam University came into existence through Assam (Central) University Act, 1989 (Act. No. XIII). It was  established in 1994, since then the University is steadily becoming an excellent centre of learning.
