Tata Memorial Centre is an autonomous grant-in-aid institution of the Department of Atomic Energy. TMC is comprised of the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) and the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH). ACTREC conducts a Ph.D. program in Life Sciences, affiliated to the Homi Bhabha National Institute (a deemed university under category A by MHRD, Govt of India). On-going research at ACTREC includes basic and translational research in Cancer Biology.

Amity Institute of Pharmacy (AIP) is a well established institution of Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, Noida having a high profile with interdisciplinary areas of specializations in Pharmacy. Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) had approved intake of 100 students for the course of Bachelor of Pharmacy. AIP offers post graduate courses including Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Management, Drug Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Pharmacognosy & Phytochemistry and also Ph. D.

Tata Medical Center (TMC) is a multispecialty institution for tertiary cancer care based in New Town, Kolkata. At TMC, clinical and research activities are integrated to provide state-of-the-art care for patients with cancer. This integration is enabled by the Tata Translational Cancer Research Centre (TTCRC), the research arm of TMC. TTCRC is within a dedicated academic space and spread over 3 floors.

Translational Health Science and Technology Institute is an autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. The Department of Science and Technology (DST) is implementing several women centric programmes under its umbrella scheme “Women in Science and Engineering-KIRAN (WISE-KIRAN)” in order to provide different opportunities to women in Science & Technology (S&T) domain. In this line, a new programme ‘WIDUSHI (Women's Instinct for Developing and Ushering in Scientific Heights & Innovations)’ is started by DST for senior women scientists to harness their knowledge and potential for betterment of Science and Society.

The facility is affiliated with National Institute of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi (NIPGR) and serve to facilitate genotyping services with private service providers and then advanced these, in a focused way, to meet the goal of food and nutritional security through genomics led breeding. The fundamental principle is relatively simple create and charter an entity with express purpose of serving crop or plant varietal genotyping and characterization in India. It will also help to overcome legal hurdles in Material Transfer, IPR protection, etc.
