The Government of HP in exercise of the powers conferred under article 162 read with proviso of Article 309 of the Constitution of India constituted the HR Staff Selection Commission with its headquarters at Hamirpur vide notification No. Per (APB) B (1 >-1/98 dated 6th October 1998.
