Smt. Sharadchandrika Suresh Patil College of Pharmacy Chopda was established in 1992 as self financed pharmacy college in the North Maharashtra University, (NMU) Jalgaon. Pharm. in Pharmaceutics (2006) later M. Pharm in Pharmacognosy (2007) and centre for Ph. D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2011). The North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, established on 15th August, 1990 under the Maharashtra Universities Act, XXIX of 1989, started its academic and administrative functioning from the academic year 1991-92.
