Application in the prescribed format is invited from the intending candidates for filling up of the vacant post of Pharmacist on contractual basis. The candidates are required to submit their application as per the format duly filled in their own hand. The candidates who are engaged on contractual basis under Central Plan Schemes, State Plan Schemes and externally aided Schemes are required to apply through proper channel. Applications along with self attested copies of certificates, mark sheets and other particulars must reach the office of the Chief District Medical Officer, Khordha, At/Po/Dist- Khordha, Pin-752055 through registered/speed post only by 5 PM on 25.07.2015. Candidates are advised to visit www.khordha.nic.in for detail information on category wise vacancy, recruitment procedure, eligibility criteria, prescribed application format and documents to be attached in the application. Non- compliance of any of the requirements mentioned in the notice of advertisement shall entail rejection of his/her application. The application if found defective/incomplete in any respect shall be summarily rejected. If any document filed by the candidate is found subsequently to have been obtained fraudulently the appointment if made shall be cancelled. Applications received in the office after the due date and time shall be summarily rejected. In case of receipt of large number of applications, the authority reserves the right to shortlist the candidates in accordance with Odisha Pharmacist Service {Methods of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2015. Over and above, the District Selection Board is also competent to adopt suitable method in processing the applications & scrutinizing them. The authority reserves right of accepting/rejecting any or all application without assigning any reason thereof.
