M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Pharm. Pharmaceutical Chemistry are preferred. , B.Sc. in Life Sciences and one year experience in the laboratory animal facility from a recognized Institute, Organization. The incumbent is required to assist the scientific teams of the department in handling projects related to peptides/synthesis, purifications, handling peptide synthesizer.

B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute or 10-12 with Science stream Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized Board and approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. Min 03 years experience.

Administrative implementation of all extra mural grants in CDFD in coordination with CDFD Scientists including hiring staff under each project; liaision with external funding agencies; coordination with accounts section for generation of financial and other documents to be submitted to funding agencies; etc

Ph.D. degree with first class at bachelors or masters degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in pharmacy, and experience of ten years in teaching, research, industry and or profession at the level of lecturer or equivalent grade. Experience of guiding the project work, dissertation of post graduate or research students or supervising R&D projects in industry. Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and or professional activities
