Applications are invited for one (1) post of Project Research Scientist-III (Non- Medical) and one (1) post of Project Technical Support III in the Indian Council of Medical Research, Govt, of India, New Delhi (ICMR] funded research project entitled "DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF RAPID ASSAY STRIPS USING PAIRED BIOMARKERS FOR INSTRUMENT FREE DETECTION OF TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY : A POINT-OF-CARE INITIATIVE (RAPID-TBI) study” under Dr. PAWAN KUMAR VERMA (Principal Investigator],Additional Professor, Department of Neurosurgery, SGPGIMS, Lucknow.
Post : Project Research Scientist-III (Non- Medical) (1)
Project Duration : Three (3} years
Emoluments : Rs. 78,000/- P.M.+ 20% HRA of Rs 15,600/- Total Rs 93,600 (as per ICMR norms]
Essential Qualifications : Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with five years' post qualification experience or PhD + two years post qualification experience.
For Engineering / IT / CS - Four Years Graduate degree with Five years Experience post qualification or PG degree with three years' post qualification experience or PhD.
Desirable Qualifications : Candidates having prior research experience in clinical settings and have expertise in animal handling, bioinformatics, immunological assays, molecular biology and basic statistics will be given preference.
General Conditions
• The post is temporary and can be terminated with one month notice.
• Initial appointment will be given for one year, and could be renewed on yearly basis subjected to his/her performance.
