Experience of Groninger vial filling, Fedegari Autoclave, NKP vial Filling machine, lyophilizer, Spray dryer, Aseptic process, media fill, manufacturing SKID, Exposure to CIP, SIP, QMS

M.Pharm, MS Pharm, MSc or Equivalent with specialization in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology or equivalent with specialization in Pharmacy, Life sciences, Biotechnology with hands on experience in cell culture studies. 

Production and Packing planning, Monitoring and reporting daily Production Activities, Master Creation In Pharma Cloud, SAP. IPQA, Document Issuance & Control, CSV, Stability, Validation

Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Environmental Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology or equivalent degree.

EM, Media 111 visual inspection , Aseptic area monitoring, Water and Bioburden testing & Sterility testing & BET Testiug , IQ, OQ, PQ of equipment, Biological reactivity test - Moda exposure

Evaluates new market complaints daily and communicates them to the various manufacturing partners, determines the criticality of complaints and makes appropriate recommendations. Escalates critical complaints and those with the potential to affect an entire batch or multiple batches. 

M.Sc, M.Tech, M.Pharm, B.Tech, B.Pharm. or equivalent in Biotechnology and allied areas with a minimum of 55% marks in the preceding qualification.
