Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.

IPQA – DS
Position : Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive
Qualification : Msc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience : 2-10 years
Key Responsibilities :
1. Line clearance for Upstream and Downstream manufacturing operations
2. Line clearance for sterile bulk antigen manufacturing,
Review and approval of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
3. Review and approval of SOPs, Process Validation (PV), Cleaning Validation (CV), and APS documents.
4. Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
5. Experience with viral and bacterial vaccines is highly desirable.
QA – Validation (CSV)
Position : Senior Executive / Executive
Qualification : Msc / B.Pharm / B.Tech
Experience : 2 -7 years
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and control GxP computerized systems.
2. Prepare and review URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, and SOPs.
3. Prepare/review IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, compile executed documents, and generate validation reports.
4. Prepare and review Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
5. Maintain active user lists and manage system access privileges.
6. Handle change control and deviation management activities.
