This is a non-supervisory position in Reference Standard Laboratory responsible for performing the required tests as part of the project and maintaining the GLP environment in the Laboratory.

Experience in production planning, change control, line clearance, deviation handling, autoclave operation, aseptic and controlarea operation, documentation, both SVP andLVP manufacturing etc.
This position provide active involvement and contribution in the Formulation R&D team in terms of technical and operational activities such as hands-on support to formulation development in parenteral formulations and interpretation of analytical results. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.
Keep pace with and align with the market developments. Needs to be aware of market dynamics, fluctuations, innovations etc. Understands scientifically how various product are placed in relation to competitor products and devise appropriate strategies to deal with them
Exercising excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively and professionally liaise with the internal teams, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders
Should have experience in injectable manufacturing, including shop floor supervision, Component preparation, Aseptic Filling, Compounding, Autoclave operation, Vial Washing, Filling and Sealing. Experience working as a Line Chemist or Executive is preferred
Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.
