Project Title : Development of Sustainable Strategies for the Divergent Syntheses of Naphthalene-,Tetralin Lignans and Many More

Emoluments : ₹57,000 per month for SPA or ₹37,000/- per month for JRF or ₹33,000/- per month for PA-II
Essential Qualifications
SPA: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Chemistry and four years’ experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services or PhD in Chemistry JRF: M.Sc. in Chemistry selected through a process described through any one of the following :
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET, including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) or GATE.
b. The Selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.
PA-II: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Chemistry and two years experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services
Desirable Experience : Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in organic synthesis, particularly in multi-step reactions/catalysis/asymmetric synthesis, supported by publications.
Age Limit Upper age limit : 50 Years for SPA/PA-II and 30 Years for JRF (Age relaxation will be provided as per GOI norms)
Tenure : SPA for one year and JRF or PA-II till the completion of the project or available grant, whichever is earlier.
