I.T.S Group of Institutions has established the college in the year 2004 to impart high quality education in the field of pharmacy. The College (College code-170) is running B.Pharm & M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Pharm Chem specialization, approved by AICTE and affiliated to M.T.U Noida and G.B.T.U, Lucknow. B.Pharm course is approved by Pharmacy Council of India upto 2012-13 session. The institute is also approved by G.B.T.U for Ph.D.

With a vision to establish Pharmacy as one of the pioneer Profession, dedicated to take care of the health of people, Dr. B.D. Miglani established “The Indian Hospital Pharmacists’ Association” on 29th December 1963 during 15th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress at Pilani. The formal application was submitted by Dr. B. D. Miglani, Shri S.L. Nasa, Dr. G. K. Narayanan, Shri Malak Ram Issar, Mohan C Bazaz & Devinder K Jain to the Registrar of Societies for registration.

Provide a better understanding of the role that drug metabolism, drug transporters, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics play in the drug discovery/development process.
Evaluate new and current techniques and models associated with drug metabolism  and drug transporters, as well as development of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic models. Gain insights into the issues encountered during the drug discovery process and the interface between discovery and clinical development.

Teerthanker Mahaveer University is a Jain Minority State Private University established by Act No. 30 of 2008 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and has been approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956. “Best Polytechnic Award” Presented by NITTTR (National Institute of Technical Teachers Traning And Research) Chandigarh on the occasion of Annual Day Celebrations of the Institute September 07,2011 to Mehr Chand Polytechnic College Jalandhar (Punjab) for having been adjudged as one of the outstanding polytechnics in the Northern Region for the Year 2010-2011. Pharmacy deptt was founded in 1987 and since then, it is doing sincere efforts towards building the healthy career of diploma holders in the field of pharmacy.
