The Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) Mohali was established in 2007 by the Government of India, through the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), to carry out research in frontier areas of science and to provide quality science education at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The foundation stone was laid on 27^th September 2006 by the Prime Minister of India. The first Director Prof.N Sathyamurthy joined on 18^th June 2007. Classes for the first MS (Int) batch began on 16^th August 2007. The transit campus was inaugurated on 13^th Nov. 2007.

The Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS), Chennai, an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India proposes to engage the services of the following personnel on contract basis, as per the details given below. The engagement will be purely on contract basis, initially for a period of one year. The selection will be made on the basis of Walk-in-Interview to be held on the dates noted thereagainst, in the Central Council for Research in Siddha, SCRI Building (III Floor), Anna Government Hospital Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106. A written test will be held, if need be, depending on the number of candidates, followed by the interview on the same day, of those candidates, who qualify in the written test. The decision of the Competent Authority will be final in this regard.

CSIR- National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI), Lucknow, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), is a premier plant science research institute, involved in multidisciplinary R&D programmes of both basic and applied nature across scientific disciplines for economic, environmental and societal benefits for the people of India. CSIR-NBRI undertakes basic and applied research in strategically important areas of plant sciences.

CSIR - Institute of Microbial Technology, Sector-39/A, Chandigarh intends to engage Project Assistant, JRF (Project) on purely temporary basis on contract under DBT, DST, CSIR & Industry sponsored project at IMTECH. Besides following positions, a General Panel of Project Assistants, JRF (Project) & Research Intern will be finalized from amongst candidates for future requirements, which will be valid for one year or till finalization afresh panel. Govt. of Himachal Pradesh took up initiative in early seventies to set up a CSIR lab to make prudential use of the natural resources of the region. After several levels of discussions a formal request was made by then Chief Minister of HP to Vice President, CSIR in 1982 for initiating the matter, and giving final shape to the proposal. The dream of HP government finally came true in 1983 when the foundation stone of this National lab was laid as CSIR Complex Palampur by Prof. Nurul Hasan, former Vice President of CSIR, with then Chief Minister of HP chairing the function.

Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM) is a national Institute of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) of India, with primary focus of research on drug discovery from natural products (medicinal plants and microbial species). IIIM is a multi-disciplinary organization encompassing the natural products chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, biotechnology and botanical sciences.
