CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute is a premier Research Institution under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, New Delhi and is engaged in research and development in the field of Food Science and Food Technology. Over the years, the Institute has been continuously enhancing its capabilities to achieve the high quality research through training, strategic innovations and recruitment of qualified personnel for its R&D activities. To supplement the above objectives, CSIR-CFTRI is carrying out externally funded, Grant-in-Aid / Sponsored / Consultancy Projects and in-house projects. Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM) is a national Institute of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) of India, with primary focus of research on drug discovery from natural products (medicinal plants and microbial species). IIIM is a multi-disciplinary organization encompassing the natural products chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, biotechnology and botanical sciences.

Siddha system of Medicine, Govt. of India, by  bifurcating the erstwhile CCRAS, formed CCRS (Central Council for Research in Siddha) with its headquarters in Chennai and six Research Institutes/Units in four states namely, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Mettur & Palayamkottai), Puducherry (Puducherry), New Delhi and Kerala (Thiruvananthapuram). Siddha is a science of holistic health emphasising both drug and diet for human health care.

Walk in interview for various posts required in IMR research projects will be held in the above address as per details given below. Relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per GOI Rules. The engagement will be purely on contract basis and no claim for continuation or regular appointment will be entertained. Applicant should bring their original certificates. Center of Innovative and Applied Bioprocessing (CIAB) is an autonomous national institute under Department of Biotechnology (Govt. of India).
