The Central University of Rajasthan has been established by an Act of Parliament, the Central Universities Act 2009. The University started working temporarily from Jaipur and introduced two PG programmes in 2009-10, namely M.Sc./M.A. Statistics(Actuarial) and M.Sc. Tech Mathematics in collaboration with Malaviya National Institute of Technology(MNIT),Jaipur.

VES College of Pharmacy will be Centre of excellence in the field of pharmacy education and research by aligning itself with mission and by implementing the laid down Quality Policy. The institute plans to achieve this by mentoring pharmacy professionals so that they overcome challenges in the health care industry with knowledge, skills, courage, confidence, compassion and integrity.

The Anjuman-I-Islam, Mumbai was founded in 1874 by a small group of devout and progressive Muslims lead by none other than Dr. Badruddin Tyabji, Third President of Indian National Congress and the First Indian Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, with a ‘desire to see the Muslim Community advance in education and social standing’.

The University of Kashmir is spread over 263 acres of lush green land with three adjacent campuses of exquisite beauty, Amar Singh Bagh, Naseem Bagh and Mirza Bagh. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an ‘Institute of National Importance’.

Mokshagundam Vishveshwarya was born on August 28, 1860 and Muddenahalli(a village) in Chikballapur Taluk, Kolar district, Mysore (Now Karnataka). Vishveshwarya completed his lower secondary course at Chikballapur. After completing his high-school, he joined the central college having stood first in engineering, it was not difficult for him to enter the Bombay Government Service. He joined the engineer's kader as an Assistant Engineer.

NIMS Institute of Pharmacy is approved by AICTE (All India Council for technical Education), Government of India. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph. D. programmes. The Institute has its separate building in the campus with spacious well equipped laboratories for each discipline and specialization. Pharma D. course has been designed on the lines of some universities in USA.
