Royal College of Pharmacy is one of the oldest among the various colleges of Chhattisgarh, as its stepping stone was placed in the year 2004. Our College was established by the society of Combined Academy of Technical Education, Raipur. This Society made it unique centre of excellence at all levels of Pharmaceutical Education under the leadership of Chairman. The institution has been approved by PCI, New Delhi and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi (Formerly), Affliated from Chhattishgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai.

Shri Rawatpura Sarkar group of Institutions (SRGOI) comprises of Paramedical, Pharmacy, Nursing, Education, Physical Education and ITI colleges, each one with its own distinctive style, have a strong presence throughout Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh with thirteen main campuses at Naya Raipur, Raipur, Kumhari (Durg), Jagdalpur, Bilaspur, Shahdol, Mandla, jabalpur, Sagar, Chitrakoot, Jhansi, Dham and Satna. AIIMS Raipur is one of the SIX AIIMS healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). With the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country, and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training the PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS like institutions in under served areas of the country.

According to the approved action plan of the district for the financial years 2020-21 and 2021-22 under the National Health Mission and as per the instructions given in the Human Resource Policy 2018, the advertisement has been published for the recruitment of the following contractual posts under the National Health Mission / District Health Committee, District Raipur.  had gone .  In which the revised advertisement is being published again with partial modification.
